Settlement for a handcuffed client who was injured in a police van
NYPD officers wrongfully arrested our client and put him into the back of a police van without a seat belt. Our client was handcuffed at the time and the Police Officers took our client on a "rough ride" where they intentionally sped up and slammed on the brakes multiple times until our client suffered a fracture of his cervical spine when he was caused to strike his head against the backdoor of the van.
